Agrarian Development: Mid-term papers

For the mid-term papers, I would like students to write a review paper. Each student will be expected to select a topic on his/her own, but in consultation with me. Please think of a topic for yourself and e-mail me. If you cannot think of a topic, see me in my office after the Tuesday class.
